Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center of Split. However, the lack of dining options was a downside. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant overall experience.
The hotel is centrally located in the old town, very close to the waterfront. The rooms are comfortable, but the customer service could be improved. The dining options are limited, but the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a sofa bed, although the double bed was a bit small for my liking. The service was lacking in good customer relations, but the availability of room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping made up for it. The location, hidden down an alley within the Diocletian Palace, was simply amazing, offering a great setting close to the city center. The dining experience, which included delightful homemade jams, added a nice touch to my stay.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the historical area, providing easy access to the Diocletian Palace and the busy old town. The rooms are spacious and feature a big bathroom with a luxurious double bed. However, the lack of good customer service relations is a drawback, although the paid shuttle service is convenient for travelers. The hotel offers included dining with delightful homemade jams, but the facilities are somewhat limited.
The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, very close to the waterfront, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious, modern, and come with a big jacuzzi in the bath, which is a luxurious touch. The service is a bit lacking in customer service relations, but they offer useful amenities like airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The dining includes cottage cheese, which may not be to everyone's taste. Overall, a decent value for money stay with some room for improvement.
